Message and Prayer
What a fitting scripture to begin a new year! This scripture should be a daily reminder of God’s plan and purpose for us. As the scripture says, God desires to prosper you and to give you hope and a future. If this is God’s plan for you what is holding you back? As you journey through this year keep this promise in mind, especially when things are not going according to your plans. Each time you feel as though you will not achieve your goals, you have lost hope, or your future seems unsure, stop and pray to God for guidance to return peace and focus to your life. Keep praying, keep believing! Have confidence in God’s plan for you – regardless of what today looks like.
Father, thank you for the glorious plans that you have in store for me; your plans to prosper me, give me hope and a future. Thank you for being in control of my life. Thank you for the opportunities that await me and for the doors you are about to open in 2022! Order my steps Lord and lead me toward the prosperous and promising future you have destined for me. I declare and affirm, this is my year to blossom, for increase, breakthrough, abundance, and the realization of my greatest potential.
