Message and Prayer
“Faith is the substance of things that are hoped for and the evidence of things to be seen.” Hebrews 11:1. NKJV. Faith is and should be at the core of who we are and the foundation of everything that we desire. In essence, faith is believing that God (the supernatural being that we cannot see or touch) exists, that he is who he says he is (the creator of the universe and all things, that he is ever seeing and ever knowing) and that he can do everything that he says he can do (that through him you can find joy, peace, achieve your desires and accomplish your dreams). Faith is also believing in God’s word and that if we live according to his word and guidance, we will experience unexplainable peace and joy despite our life’s circumstances and that “nothing will be impossible for you” to achieve. It is our faith that causes God to act and do miraculous things in our lives.
Father, I pray to you that I have unshakable faith, even if it is as small as a mustard seed. Help me to understand father that faith is trusting you even when things are going wrong. Give me the strength and fortitude father, to not be discouraged or doubt while I am praying to you for your favor, increase, and breakthrough and it is not yet my appointed time.
