Message and Prayer
Sometimes, when I experience God’s goodness, mercy, and Grace, I get soo full of joy, love, and happiness recognizing just how good God has been to me. It could sometimes be something very big or very little, but the emotion of His goodness and greatness leaves me with no other words than “Thank you, THank you, Thank you, my merciful God! My life has not been without challenges and difficulties, but I cannot even think to deny just how good God has been to me. Though I tripped I never stumbled; though I lost when He was ready I gained so much more. There is no greater feeling than experiencing God’s love, blessings, and favor just when you are at the point where you feel like you are going to break under the pressure and challenges of life! God is just simply Awesome!!
Serenity Prayer – God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardship as a pathway to peace; Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next. Amen.
