Romans 12:2. “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Over the past year, I have learned that a purposeful and intentional faith walk is not an easy task; especially today with the plethora of distractions we face constantly throughout each day.
Despite this, nothing should be more important to or detract us from making God, our relationship with him and our daily faith walk with him the single most important thing at the forefront of our daily lives. I have strengthened my resolve to continue this walk in 2025 and I hope you will join me on this wonderfully journey!
So, as we begin 2025, let us commit to the following. First, to work daily to strengthen our relationship and closeness to God. This naturally includes, as difficult as it might be, reading at least one scripture of his word daily, praying small prayers all throughout each day and continually praising and worshiping him for his unwavering Love, Mercy, Grace, Favor and Annointing! Second, as part of this Faith journey, we will proceed with a teachable spirit that is focused on change, growth and enduring all that is necessary to be molded into the person God ordained us to be! Third, we will allow ourselves to be transformed by the renewing of our mind, while we let our potter mold our character like clay. And lastly, we should commit to seeking God’s face and goodness from what we deem the most insignificant things to clear displace of God’s mariculous works!
